Refunds are not available for instant downloads. 

Editable Templates (Corjl) 

For editable templates using Corjl, if you have not edited / downloaded the template we can issue a refund for your order.

Custom Orders

For custom orders, if we have not started working on your design we can issue a refund.

Refund Procedure

Please fill out the form on our contact page. Once we receive your message we will take a look at your order and verify if a refund can be applied. Please allow 24-48h for us to review your request.
